Cindy is a qualified advanced mental health counsellor registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling. She holds a Master of Advanced Counselling (Health Counselling and Therapy, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia) and a Master of Gerontology (S R Nathan School of Human Development, Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore).

She is a professional educator. She is a trained secondary school teacher (National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) and an adult trainer (Institute of Adult Learning, Singapore University of Social Sciences, Singapore).

Cindy has over thirty years of experience, working in the community and private and public education sectors, providing professional education, mentoring, para-counselling, volunteering and dedicated coaching to parents, students and working professionals.
