Blogging did not occur by accident.

I had been thinking about it for a while so one fine New Year’s eve, just before the New Year chime rang,  signalling the end of 2012 and the start of 2013, I plunged into Google’s Blogger (my previous blogging platform). And the rest, as they say, is history.

Other than finding the self-discipline to honour my best intentions to write for the sake of my prospective audience – new parents, friends, family, the technology aspect of blogging was another thing that left me very flustered!

For example, while I was uploading photographs one afternoon, I fiddled and pressed so many buttons and arrows that it was almost nightfall by the time I successfully published ONE post. It was insane!

But I pressed on because I remembered the reason for blogging in the first place.

I want to leave behind a digital legacy for my children, a blog, chockful of snippets of my life experiences, and other pertinent information for them to refer and hopefully, get inspired to become better people after I am long gone.

I  would also like to provide some hacks for modern parents so that their parenting journey might be less bumpy than mine ^ ^, enabling them to raise their charges to be the best they can be.

Haha! Some aspiring goals here but achievable! With a positive attitude and a willingness to push on regardless of hiccups, I believe anything is attainable!

It is a worthwhile purpose to pursue – a lifelong journey!
